Municipality of Barcelona (Spain). It is the capital city of the autonomous community of Catalonia in Spain and Spain’s second most populated city, with a population of 1.6 million within its administrative limits. Italian Ministry of Economic Development – Instituto Superiore delle Comunicazioni e delle Tecnologie dell’Informazione (ISCOM) (Italy). ISCOM is a General Direction of the Italian Ministry of Economic Development and it runs the OCSI, the Italian Scheme for ICT Security which certifies all IT systems authorized to deal with state secrets, under guidance form Italy DIS. Italy is a member of SOG-IS.
